WELL,

I am no one to recommend something,i am an overseas ,who has learned something in this area purely based on my personal experience in searching and investing plus analyzing different prospects of different dealers ,

AS for as investment areas are concerned,and dha name and its VALLEY ENIGMA is concerned i have some good aspects for it in long run ,and here is ,its why so?

1=DHA is basically obliged to fulfill the growing demands for houses for retire army officers

2=IN ISLAMABAD they have a saturation of land areas , and only option in future will be DHA 2 EXTENSION PLUS VALLEY IN ISLAMABAD SIDES, on pindi side the last choice dha 4 has now been materialized.

3=SO VALLEY at current rate of 8 Marla in approx 9.5 to 13 lacks max is a nice thinking ,even after 10 years, you cannot regret it ,bcz by then your 12 lacks would have been multiplied as well.

4=DHA VALLEY IS not a 100 % flop or forgotten project, WHY WILL they make hundreds of DHA homes ,plus some roads worth multi millions to even some billions

5=WILL DHA compromise its entire positive reputation in the country ,just bcz of neglecting a soluble issue?

6=THE ONLY HURDLE IS THE PUZZLE OF ,THOSE 62 BILLION DARK SIDE, WHICH NEEDS TO BE CLEARED,and army can do that,and then to buy the remaining land for valley

10 YEARS IS A HUGE TIME FRAME , DHA 2 PROPER WAS A GHOST AREA 10 YEARS BACK, WITH ONLY HALF TO TWO THIRD DEVELOPED, AND NO HOUSE.

AND JUST 5-6 YEARS BACK VERY FEW HOUSES , BUT NOw YOU SEE IT IN 2014,

SO THE POINT is that next is the time of dha 2 extension and even before that is the valley

IF SOME BLOCKS are offered possession in next 3-4 years,and that i don't know, then i will wish to buy in valley.
