I have decided to sell our three 8 Marla files in DHA Valley Oleander, Eglantine and Lotus blocks. Two of these are category files. The amount of fine is around 3 lac on each file and will be waived off within 2-3 months (as 2 lac were waived in Feb, 2014). The files have never been traded before and were bought when DHA Valley was launched. Please evaluate and let me know know if anyone is interested.
