Is there any update regarding dha valley development? The prices are very low. I have heard its not going up in near future due to disputed land of dam. Can anyone share the expert view on this. Dha also offered transfer of plots to behria town phase 8 or karachi, but its been an year, no update as well.
People are waiting for possession news for DHA homes and then for the Lilly and Orleander sector. Afterwards there is hope for the real selling and purchasing activity.
You are right Ahmed Saleem, the whole market is looking towards the announcement of possession for DHA Homes by DHA. That will hopefully boost the market.

The big question is why DHA administration taking so long to give possession of DHA homes. Furthermore, DHA administration always keep quiet and this leads to all sorts of rumours in the market. DHA should come out with a proper announcement about possession of DHA homes and this will have a calming effect on all sellers and purchasers as at the moment the future progress of DHA valley is directly dependent on the possession of DHA homes.
Thanks for the responses. What is the status of DHA valley Rose block. I heard it was planned to developed over DAM land which was the basis of whole consipiracy.
I visited DHA valley couple of month sback , developemnet is there but progress is very slow .
DHA home (about 200 Homes) are ready and ready to be given away.
as per property agent , DHA homes possession was supposed to be taken place by Dec 2016 but seems this has been moved to first quarter of 2017..
