How do you assess DHA Valley commercial plots? Are they worthy of investment, what is the expected growth rate in coming 2-3 years and which block is the best to buy one.

Commercial investment in CDA, DHA is always good.
DHA valley will take 3-5 years in possession of some blocks, commercial plots value is less rite now, i consider it a good investment rite now if you have spare bucks.
Because whenever commercial property escalates, they give more than 100 percent profit.
Plus 10 lane highway extension in in pipeline, so whenever that happens, and they give possession in DHA valley, commercial plot rates will also increase.
Example is DHA 2 J Block commercial plots, which had no buyer in 2008, and i remember selling 5 commercial plots each of 4 marla on main bulleward for 32 lacs each plot, rite now one plot price is above 3 crore.
