DHA valley Bayana & Deal issue

I paid bayana (Rs.120’000) for a Balloted Plot in Dha valley in Lilly Block 8 to 9 days ago,
Now prices have slightly shoot up like 250-300k.

He said that he will submit the papers & after 2 days he will get the slip of payable charges and then i can pay it. But now after 5 to 6 days. When i called him on phone. he told me that he has submitted the documents yesterday & it would take another 5 to 6 days.

it looks like because the prices are increasing , he is trying to hold it or sell to somebody else.
I have Bayana receiving on his letter head.
Is there any possibility that i get to DHA valley office and check if the status is initiated or not ?

or what should i do ? Please advise. Thank you

Threaten him of court proceedings but why you go to dealers when DHA itself has dealing office called " property exchange".
They are cheap on buying & no malpractices at all?
DHA valley is only real appreciating investment in most recent times.

I will surely go to the court if they don’t follow what was agreed.
but is there any way i can check if the file is submitted for transfer or not ?

May be he had a problem or he is telling the truth. I don’t wanna to pressurize him unnecessary.

DHA property exchange don’t have much options.
I guess 90% of the deals are done by local dealers.

Then pls proceed to the DHA valley office in DHA-5 & show them your registration number & at the same time all will be clear about the plot in question…
You will get to know whether or. Not your buyout is in the process.

Abdul Qayum sb, where is DHA property exchange office, and do they have proper inventory as i want to buy a zero surcharge file

Property exchange is located in DHA-1 main office.
In the past I had best experience with them.
I bought a property through them and it was 2.5 Lacs less on price compared to the market dealers.
Most recent experience: I wanted to buy in DHA-3 at peak time & they themselves told me the then time:
" Sir, do not buy now as it now high boom & it is likely to come down giving heavy loss".
They were right if not heavy loss, my money would not earn handsome profit…
