i am selling a plot in DHA phase 4. Please advise what is the procedure.
Deal is finalize by the Dealer.
- i take bayana from Buyer.
- Submit original papers in DHA transfer office after bayana?
or take full amount and then submit original papers.
Dealer wants me to come with original papers so after taking bayana, he should apply in DHA office for transfer as the buyer is going abroad in a week time.
Please guide me what is the procedure normally for the payment ?
this is my first time selling a plot so dont have any clue.
