Which one is a better option for 5 marla plot and a 3-6 year investment?

I think phase ix(ext) is better.

I personally believe that Phase iX extension is better than the other options. Phase 9 witnesses good investment activity a number of files are transferred in phase 9. And where there are investors, the growth chances for such societies are better.
