I have a 8 marla plot in dha rahbar phase-i.I just heard that dha rahbar is becoming defence phase-xi.I want to build my home there in next few month.I need the expert advice that should i start construction of my house there or no?? And what will be the future value of the property there??

What is the source of this news? I haven't heard of any announcement from DHA in this regard.
