In my opinion main location should be under 4 million currently. The asking prices are way more.
I am also looking for an investment of about 5 years tenure. But i don't see it being doubled in 5 years like the property was booming in the past. Experts can comment on this.

Yasir, i would second Zain. As the prices are low, this is the time to buy. But do not expect a sudden increase. Those days are gone. Now it will rise gradually. DHA is the prime location at Lahore, so it will always be ahead.
