Is there any obligatory time frame in which you need to construct house on your vacant plot as a civilian? I heard from friend who claims if in certain time period you dont construct your house, some brigd or other army personal can submit application that certain time period has passed and as the plot (owned by a civilian) has still not undergone any construction, so the ownership of previous owner be suspended/cancelled and be allotted to the brigd… Is there any such rule in dha in real time ? Never heard of it before… I thought it to be a freehold rather than a leasehold or something for civilians ?
