We had bought a 500 sq yd plot file in dha ii extension, in 2004 through (believe or not) amanat eye hospital.
I wonder if someone could be kind enough to shed some light upon what is it's current status, future, current value etc.

Prices in DHA 2 Ext have rised in the last 2 weeks. Certificates in PQRST are now selling for around 18.5 lacs. Sector M certificate (with 14.65 lac balance) is now seling for 19.50 lacs.
Any good news about K block files?
