What is the fate of DHA Phase II ext (Commoners Town) in Islamabad?
It’s a long term project and hopefully it will be completed in the next five years. 2 things increase the price of DHA 2 Ext: First, map and second, on-site development.
I guess it is a very nice sector plus will be better than dha 2 in all aspects.

Folks, i heard that developmental work has started again at dha phase ii ext. Is that right or just a rumor taking a round?
Development work is at a very fast pace and prices are so high whereas, the prices will rise more.

Sir prices of 1 kanal plot starts from 55 lac and further in k and l block at good locations.Prices are lower in later blocks where there is the business of files but that prices exclude development charges which are round about 15 lacs.
