@ curious anon…Sir you can get a 10 marla in this budget in A to J blocks…For immediate construction A to J blocks are much better.

I was shocked for a moment looking at the prices on the main-page of zameen.com, it seems they are very inflated compared to real prices as you say its possible to get a 10marla plot in A-J for ~8 - 10 million. We are still contemplating between immediate construction in A-J or wait 2-3 yrs and construct in K/L.

According to my knowledge that 10 marla option is only in N and P block.I think K to Q blocks are good for construction next 2 to 3 years time period and prices are continually rising because of good location and best access.

@ curious anon…Sir 10 marla in E F and are not possible in this budget…10 marla in D,J are possible in this budget…Secondly few 10 marlas are also in L block at the best location of the sector with possession but they are also expensive varying between 7 to 8.5 million approx…Rest 10 marlas are in N and P …I personally think for immediate construction you should go for D,J blocks and after a wait of 2 to 3 years L block is a good option.

I think so possession may be granted but on ground conditions may not allow you.Over the horizon of 2 to 3 years K,L,M are better.

I am very sure about Q block because it's almost ready for possession and P is under develop.
In my opinion K and L is much better and P and Q is best for 2 to 3 years.

Suleiman Saheb. At your budget say 8 millions, you should take some time and for sure you will find a 1 kanal plot in Q or P sector. After some time prices of all the sectors will almost be the same except of the selected plots on wide roads. And if you insist for a 10 marla plot size then limit your budget to 5 millions only and talk to different brokers. I am sure somebody will get you a 10 marla plot in 50 lacs in some new sectors where you may have to wait for 2-3 years to construct your dream home. Good luck. Dear experts what is your opinion?

I am not sure about future prices but very sure that prices will rise in Dha phase2 in all blocks because of coming expressway and best access.

Faisal Sahab. We all can give you only general idea about price but I urge you to visit the location physically before you buy any plot. On two different streets of a sector the height of a plot on one street can be different from the plot of the other street or some street will be 40' wide and some can be 80' wide. Some street will have electric poles and some street may still not have the work completed. Prefer the plot where possession has been granted physically to the owner. Good luck.
