I have one kanal file of dha phase 9 lahore. Suppose if ballot is on 15 may, should i keep file or dispose it off before ballot. I will be extremely grateful for your valuable input. Thanks again.

If the balloting is happening on 15th May then you definitely need to keep your file because after balloting the price of plot will increase FOR SURE.
