DHA Phase 9 Or Phase 8 Z Block?? For 2-3 Years

I want to invest 2 million to 2.5 for 2-3 years. What is best option for me 5 Marla Phase 9 or Phase 8 Z block 5 Marla or should I go for Phase 9 extension 10 Marla. DHA is more profitable or Bahria Town in this budget?

Phase 8. Possession is expected in 2-3 years insha-Allah (just about the time-frame in which you want to reap your profit).

@PK1 what will be the price trend of phase 8 Z block files…in 2013 5 marla files rose upto 24 lacs…what are your speculations for the current year??

Phase-8 Z-block possession is not possible in next 2-3 years. Its balloting has not done asyet. It seems perhapz Phase-9 and Phase-8 Z-block will be developed together.
