I have heard that Phase 9 balloting is just around the corner and is planned in next few months. Anyone having any update on it?
It has been a norm of DHA from past few years that DHA announces balloting of phase 9 around the end of each year to boost and electrify the process of file purchasing but when the time comes they say it’s gonna be next year. You never know whats in their mind!.
Well you are right but this year it seems the time is right as phase 8 is about 60% developed and will be given possession in 2016. So this year they do the balloting and then from next year end or 2016, they start developing.
Zeeshan sb you are too optimistic regarding the development of Phase-9.
OK i suppose i am because i have some investments. 
What is the scope of DHA phase 8 Z block Lahore?? When balloting is expected???
Is it worthwhile to keep the file for future????

Well phase 8 z block is the next in-line for the balloting. People are saying that its location is not that nice though but i think its a good enough investment!
