Dear Naveed, your stakes are in the right place. Few weeks back the prices in phase 8 were over 18 million but then withdrew to under 16 Mn for the best plots.
Phase 8 had been the most popular choice, overwhelmed with investors until recently. But now the property prices are consolidating everywhere due to much stable economic, energy and political situation.
The previous prices touching 18 million could be regarded as un-sustainable as development is not complete yet but rationally speaking it won't be long before they match up with phase 5.
Having said that, I do not see any further drop in price range. Development work is going quite well and possession could be expected by 2015.
Therefore, in my opinion it wouldn't be wise to shift your investment until you fully reap it at the time of possession.
