Dear experts,
As I know DHA phase 7 some blocks will be ready for possession in 6 months. Current market value of 10 Marla file is almost 6 millions. What is expected return on it after getting possession? Can it give gain of 3 millions in 6 months (this is what I got from one real estate agents that its best investment for short term)?
I find it hard to believe that there will be a 50% increase in the price of these plots in 6 months. These plots were trading at about 30 lacs about 1 or 2 years ago, and have already gone up a lot since then. In Phase 6 where possession is available and house construction is going on, and location is a bit closer to the city you can get 10 marla plots starting from 75 lacs. Here price may go up but not as a much as 30 lacs in 6 months. Phase 7 is a few years behind in terms of development of phase 6.
@Arshad Bhai Thanks for your feedback, can you please tell any option in 7 millions for 12 months time horizon whose pay back is expected.
