Respected brothers. I'm looking to invest in lahore dha with a 3 year investment horizon. I'm thinking to get 1 kanal in phs 7 and may be 10 marla in phs 8. My budget is 14million.
-are these sound options keeping in mind 3 year horizon- how much upside do you foresee on avg?
Also seems like there phs 8 is more exp them 7. Why is that?
- which blocks are considered premium blocks in these phases?
I'm not interested in phase 9 files. Thanks in advance for your kind advice.

Your combination looks very good for three year investment.
10-Marla plot in phase-8 cost around 7-Million (X-block would be better) & you would be left with 7-8 Million for Phase-7. U can buy One Kanal plot in new cuttings of Phase-7. Y-block would more suitable in this price range.
Phase-8 location is better than Phase-7 thats why its prices are higher.
