I have been told that investing in dha lahore phase 6 e-block (extension) is good. Therefore, i am considering a 5 marla plot on the main 70' road.
Can anyone here please guide me if this is a wise investment for 2 year period?
It is always advised to visit the site personally & thoroughly before taking any buying decision and also do the Istakhara. Pls dont depend on the dealer’s advise totally.
Hi, yes, I agree, I believe the property is well located with direct access via main Bedian road, and then a turning on the main 70' road. Besides, Knowledge City is being built next to this phase (between Phase 7 Y and Z and Phase 6 E-Ext).
Will also be doing Istikhara, but wanted expert second opinion.
