Which is the best block for short term investment in dha phase 5 islamabad?

Can anyone suggest a good option other than J and K block?

I think people are busy with ramadan and Eid and this forum is not active these days, may be after ramadan things will heat. Abdul Qayum Sab on this forum is Specialist in DHA and Bahria.

DHA-5 has gone very expensive.
If one has enough energy to hold investment for at least 5 years, DHA-6 ( former DHA-2 Extension) can be explored as development is going on there as well.
Entire DHA-5 has partial litigation in almost all blocks except A & B blocks whereas A has possession as well.
DHA-5 looks funny in developing blocks...they develop one up to a good % and then abandon that block leaving it partially developed and move to other place...I think that goes to the litigation in those block.
Now kacha access is avaiy to DHA-6, as I have mentioned before, they have bought 1000s of Kanal more land and DHA expressway will extend to DHA-7 ( DHA Valley) buy still not able to reach Bluebell as still there exists a tiny litigation which GHQ is on feet to clear this portion.
GHQ knows that after huge success of DHA-5, if they could reach to DHA-6/7, huge money piles available for them for racking.

How do you see DHA Phase 6 ( phase 2 extension) Sector A possession plots already in 3-5 years time frame. Current purchase price is 12 million(1.2crores) .please guide.

DHA is having development in DHA-6 but difficult to tell clearly where DHA-5 ends and DHA-6 starts as only earth moving is going in now.
In 5 years lookahead DHA-6 seems preferable if current pace of development stays.
But as I said before, DHA is far ahead than BTs in price appreciation, has Islamabad tag, scenic and GHQ got pockets overflowing with Rs & $ from DHA-5 success, so would happen with DHA-6, it is being thought of.
Sector A, some 1000 plots have been developed but Sector B, still not developed.
Sector B, prices have been jumped up from 55 to 70 Lacs.
DHA-6 seems good but we must remember it is a boom and corrections might take place in the undeveloped sectors.

Balloted plots in DHA phase-6 (ex phase 2 extension) are very good choice and possession expected very soon.

For DHA 5, u have to go where the Generals are buying and settling down. As per my info, they are 2 sector, Sector C (near Street 57 etc) and Sector H (near Street 2 and 7). So my suggestion, the best investment now ( if u r buying for ur home) is Sector H and then Sector C.

What is the benefit of living near retired generals just a masoomana question.

Gernailee Street is in total and deep veerana. A one Kanal plot costs no less than 3.5 crores. Better settle with near IH in F, D, C... or other blocks but they are now expensive, too.
After RRR mess, now DHA-3 & BTs will get investments.
B-17 good but MA.....Allah Knows what will happen...

Dha-5 C,D,F are best options as it close to Islamabad highway.Dha-6 is still in air so better to stay away.

Dear Ammar, i also track the prices from Zameen. I saw a sudden jump from 1.2 Cror to 2 cror in last 5 months for Sector H. This price increase is currently ongoing, as Askari flats will be delivered in Sector H by end of this year.

My recommendation, go for Sector H. You can get a plot with 1.5 to 2 cror range.

Sector K has also got General allotted plots.
