It will not have direct access from Phase-5 & be treated like isolated block for being other side of ring road. If u want to make ur home after 3-yrs then better stay in Phase-6.

Its possession will take around 2-years time & then further 2-years would be required for this block to be live able. Although it has the tag of Phase-5 but it has nothing to do with proper Phase-5, its completely isolated block. It has neither direct access from Phase-5 nor direct access from ring road. After 4-5 years, it would be known more as a part of Phase-9 rather phase-5.
