I am in qatar right now, last time i visited pakistan an about year ago, at that time i purchased 3, 1 kanal plots in dha phase 4 rawalpindi/isb.
I have no chance to visit pak again for at least 4-5 years, can any one please update me the current status of dha phase 4 and is there any update when development will get completed? My friend scared me and said he visited few months ago and there is no major development there. I am not sure about that although its dha.
