DHA Phase 2 Which Sector?

For investment which DHA Phase 2 Sector would be better in 3 years time out of K,L,M,N and P. Considering their location etc.

In the long term which block has better location?

Sector K and L are at best location but they are expensive.For long term N is recommended.
