i have a budget of 40 lakhs kindly advise if i can find 5 marla plot in dha phase 2 islamabad sectors like j , k,m,l and please advise which of these will be good for future living as i am in sha allah planning to build my house after 3 years,( also if you can share some property agents contact details )jazak allah
Shamas sir J and P blocks have 5 marla plots where J block 5 marla price is 6 million plus minus and they are developed ones.P block has 5 marla plots ranging from 37 to 43 lacs depending upon location and category and these are underdeveloped plots being developed at reasonable pace.
