Kindly advice about investment in DHA Phase 2 new blocks (K,L,M,N), most of the plots are large and the price now a days is from 6 million...So buying for constructing a house & safer investment as compared to CDA?

Sir most of the plots are not in the range of 6 million.Following is the price breakdown according to blocks.
K block=75 to 105 lacs (possession avb)
L block=75 to 95 lacs approx (poss avb)
M block=65 to 80 lacs approx (poss partially avb)
N block=55 to 70 lacs ( poss not avb)
P block=48 to 55 lacs (poss not avb)
K and L block are highly recommended investments for people with good budget as
houses have started there.
Thede blocks are one of the best investments now a days.

What about a 10 Marla Plot? these prices are for 1kanal Plot, if im not wrong.
Also guide me how good is M Block, i visited in October & found it far but was partially developed.
Sir 10 marla only in L N P blockd
In L block 10 marla varies from 55 to 70 lacs and its ready to construct
In Nblock its 35 to 45 lacs with no poss
In P block its 35 lacs approx on avg with no poss.
M is also good to invest.

It is better if u invest the same and buy a good loc plot in Aghoush socity, Isalamabad near Bahria, which is ready to construct. It has its all facilities of elec, gass, water and security guards etc. The prices are very reasonable for 1 canal plot.
Agosh is simply a flop one…how can you compare dha and agosh…would you please elaborate bro?
@ Saadi Bro! How much time it would take to develop N block and Possession, as per my last visit the K,L & M are still 95% empty, means no construction.
Plus, i dont get why the Price of Bahria is very less as compared to DHA, the DHA Prices are gone very high since 2013..any specific reason.

AJ you may be comparing DHA 2 with Bahria phase 8? Location is one big difference with DHA 2 accessible from Islamabad Expressway. Secondly most of the DHA 2 earlier blocks have lots of houses constructed (A to J) .. And the trend is now moving to K and L. If you visit now, you may notice more houses - like e.g. I visited yesterday and noticed a few new houses in Sector L on or around Johar Boulevard.

I think its the trust and future investment security ,that makes the difference bet bahria and dha.
My own investments are in bahria ,and i have seen how quick speculations affects bahria,some internal big snakes always tries to poison bahria via dealers and gambling.
phase 8 bahria has far better infrastructure than dha, access can be made easily to GT road on multiple points provided there is a will.
DHA takes the lead bcz of smooth and steady development and progress , DHA has only one black spot and that is dha valley.....
ON contrast bahria has sudden ups and downs....many black spots ...eg some blocks of phase 8...phase 9 pindi..btk still in air....lahore some land issues with lda etc..
One more reason why DHA is taking lead to Bahria is that DHA is a society managed by an institution irrespective of any individual but think about Bahria without Malik Riaz....Moreover, the prices are natural unlike Bahria where prices are driven by the market forces through illegal means..
And offcourse, DHA Valley is a stigma on the face of DHA RWP/ISB

I think the prices in KLM are not real. For last 8 months, the prices in DHA 1 and DHA2(A-J) sector are stagnant however the price in KLM sector was increasing till last month for no potent reasons what so ever. The prices have always moved in the tendem with DHA 2(A-J).I believe investors (dealers) saw opportunity in view of lower prices and availability of limited market plots.
My advise would be shop on merits of the plot and not the trend and have patience, you will get excellent deal.
Sir prices have increased due to large amount of influx of the people with low budget who cannot afford a 1.5 crore plot in dha 1 or 1.3 crore plot in dha 2.
