Al most same location Dha phase2 Extenstion and Dha valley and it's worthless investment means very long term better to invest Dha phas2 N or P blocks which are at ground and give you good return in near future.

Once up and running it will bring exponential returns to currently doomed investors so if someone has extra money and liquidity is not an issue it might suit that person.
I have always wanted to know why is it not being developed?
This phase 2 ext was started sometime in 2005 where some JINN corporation sold files to investors. Funny thing was there are villages and land was not even acquired and they sold files worth 40-45 lacs by then with street no, plot no, and blocks. When the real story turned out prices started to fall and by 2010 or 2011 prices were as low as 7 lacs. Now it has started to regain momentum after 2012 but seriously speaking it is a crap investment. I am not updated of the current status whether land has been acquired or not and even if land is acquired it is almost 70000 kanal area i guess and dha does not have the budget to do something there.
the pace with with dha2 K-P blocks are being developed i assume dha2 ext may take 30+ years to reap anything so it is best to go for as Nadeem Sb has suggested as that would be both sensible and feasible
And yeah if you want to invest for your future generations then go for DHA 2 ext with closed eyes

Valley is worse than dha2 ext. There seems some scope of dha2 ext but for valley its hopeless. There is a thread on valley if you are interested you better check it before investing. But again it depends upon time and type of investment like short or long term. If you can invest for very long term then even valley is fine
