What is dha phase 2 extension, is it a part of dha or some other area as prices there are lower as compared to dha phase ?

I think at the moment it's worthless investment.Bahria phase2 is good for investment.

Agreed with nadeem bhai. It is a very long term investment and for now it has no future. Prices have recently declined by 3-5 lacs and are stale since an year almost. Even during the boom of 2013 it only saw a rise of some 20-25% while rest of DHA ie. DHA 1 and 2 saw a rise of almost 100%+. Stay away till things get clear.
anyway it is part of DHA and it extends to further where DHA 2 new blocks K-P ends (towards sihala side). It is adjacent to dha valley.
There is a simple rule to follow in dha if you want to make good use of your money. Stay away from any extension projects of DHA whether 1 or 2 or 3 or whatever

No prob waqas but you see it is all about timing. No investment in real terms is worthless as it is all about when you enter and exit.
this same DHA 2 ext if you had entered in 2011 and exited in 2013 you would have made 15-20 lacs per file which costed around 6 lacs in 2010.
so suppose you had 3 files costing 6 lacs each (totaling 18 lacs) would have given you a profit of 45-50 lacs
