Can anyone tell what is latest price of 1 Kanal file in Phase 2 extension? Which block one should prefer. My budget is 2-3 million. Thanks.
The rates were 19-20 lacs before Eid, then they went up till 23-24, again they showed a downward trend and came to 17-18 lacs, they fluctuate and are totally dependent on Demand and Supply. The recommended blocks which are more liquid then other blocks plus always in demand up to my knowledge are P and Q.
Someone told me that blocks don’t matter in phase 2 ext as they will reballot and there will be a new plan of blocks?

- What is the prospect from investment point of view for 3-5 years?
- Is this involved in ongoing litigation in Supreme Court?
- What is the price of 10 marla & 1 kanal plot and which blocks are good?
- Should i need to invest in file or plot?

Brother, the best thing is a developed plot, as they can not change location and even if prices drop, files may come down but developed plots prices does not drop, they become stagnant, i will suggest you to buy a developed plot rather than investing in a file.
At least 10 years before you see even a single building machinery. The file prices are dropping as investors are moving to other options. I don’t recommend
DHA 2 extension files seriously not recommended in current scenario.
The activity of investors is really troublesome in few cases

The prices of DHA 2 Extension certificates are 17 to 18 Lac. Keeping in mind there are 1465000/- development charges other than that amount, which will be payable in 3 years.
Hamid Bhai, in your range you can buy a 7 marla plot in E block B-17 Multi all dues clear, if not interested then DHA valley 5 marla 2 plots, both are good investments keeping in mind the 2-3 years time span you have mentioned. Safe and Secure.
What is Scope of buying 8 marla plot in DHA Valley? What are current prices of 5 and 8 marla in valley?
I think it’s better to wait for a couple of years as file prices are not going to increase significantly

I PERSONALLY FEEL DHA VALLEY IS A BETTER OPTION TO INVEST.
Im waiting until prices come down to around 13-15 lakhs in DHA phs2 Ext, that's when I will invest their due to high development, anything over that amount I will not invest there! This is very unlikely to happen soon, but you never know with files...both Valley and Ext are very long term investments, good big brands for the price.
I will suggest you to buy good location 30*60 plot in B-17 Block E, inshaAllah you will get good return in your timeframe.
