People are selling DHA phase 2 extension 1 Kanal plot files from 17,50, 000 to 30,00,000. It's very wide range. What is the reasonable price for 1 Kanal plot file there in DHA phase 2 extension?

It depends really, some people may have paid development charges so they demand more. I have seen people sell their files for 50 lakhs…yes 50 lakhs! with all dues clear inc development fees, im sure whether they are actually selling for that price or whether owners are just putting silly price tags to sell them at a profit. However, prices are on a wide range as last month one estate agent told me that in q block I think? file went for 9 lakh due to owner wanted quick urgent sale hence each block is different for some reason as some have allotment letters with plot numbers I think as well? unsure though, maybe someone more experienced can shed some light on it.

I would second the comment of Mr. Sheikh Abdullah. The price depends on whether the allotment letter has been received and secondly the number of instalments paid.
