Does anybody has an idea of buying price range of 1 kanal plot in sector a and sector k in phase 2 extension?
In DHA Phase 2 ext current price for Sector A is 51 Lakh and for Sector K it should be 35 to 36 Lakh

Is there any map soft copy or hard copy available of DHAI phase 2 Extension in the market?

It’s for all dues clear transferable plot file. Unfortunately there is no map delivered by DHA since 2005. Only a whole master plan of entire DHA Islamabad.

Phase 2 Extension Block (M,N,P,Q,R,S,T) 25 Lacs To 30 Lacs
I have a K block file that was bought in 2006 for 25 lacs approx. I have paid 6 lacs development charges as well. There is no update of the whole extension project.

The prices in DHA Islamabad Phase 2 Extension will move higher only after they start the Re Ballot process of plots in DHAI Phase 2 Extension. But only God knows when! Even the map of this phase does not exist.
