Dha phase 2 extension @ 23 lakhs plus dev charges. This represents almost a 100 percent increase in a year. Shall i buy or is a correction impending.
The rate you mentioned for 5 marla plot has been corrected. Sale price of plots in DHA Isd is likely to increase by the mid of the year. I would recommend you to buy and at the same time insist to wait for the replies from forum's top contributors.
BTW any property deal that sounds too good to be true is mostly too good to be true.
Dha extension has nothing on ground. Only gate is available. So be careful in investing in extension or any where. Thats my opinion, its a 10 year project as dha is busy in dha ph 2 K;L;M;N block, dha valley ,dha 1 extension, than if they have time they will see ph 2 ext. That my opinion but everythng is possible in pakistan or proprty
Thanks... I was not aware of that and was led to believe that dev work is going. So in terms of investment is Valley more suitable. I have am apt in dha 2 by ghurair and want to build up my portfolio there to live off when I move back to Pakistan in 5 years. Also any comments on emaar. They are the name to consider in Dubai.
