I bought files in DHA Phase 1 extension in 2004. Any one of you who can guide me what to do with that? Is there any hope for growth there in near future. Should I keep them? What is the current price of those files? I paid Rs 3 million each at that time.

2004 Boom property year, if you don't need money then keep them because now a days prices are very low there kanal file all dues clear is available around 15 lac people are selling in market which is a totally loss for you as in 2004 people purchased files around 35 lac. So if you don't need money then keep them hopefully rate will improve but not in near future will take a little time.
