Where should I invest round 4 MIO for 3 years. I'm thinking about two options, one plot in DHA Phase 1 Ext or DHA Phase Ext 2.

Is here no one who can recommend dha ext 1 or dha ext 2. If yes, which one should i choose.
I have an offer for dha phase 2 ext, 1 kanal 2 mio.
Should i go for it,if not what should i go for in this Price range.

Sir i would recommend you a 10 marla plot in sector N dha phase 2…It is a good option and will give you good returns Insha ALLAH…

Sir you can buy dha sector shops which can give you rental income…Commercial plots are very very expensive…You have to arrange minimum 14 to 15 million to buy a smallest size commercial plot…However availability of sector shops is also very limited…

I would recommend you DHA 1 Extn as the development work has started there. The problem in DHA 2 Extn is non procurement of the required land which doesn't seem completed in an early time frame.

Development work has commenced
Required land is available
Re-balloting is expected in an early time frame.
Being developed as a separate phase ie, IV
On the contrary acquisition of required land in case of DHA 2 Extn is still awaited and so is its map. It will take considerable time to complete it.
