DHA has recently launched one kanal plots in ph 4, overseas block with three different payment plans starting from 2.25 crore. Is this right time to invest in this project ? Can some DHA experts share their opinion as price seems much higher than last launch of sector J & K in ph 5. Look forward to hear from you. Thanks 
well as far as I know the J & K were a success and posession were given in record time. PKR was stronga s well back then at 155-60, now its quite weak which is indirectly proportional to the plot prices.
However those sectors were exclusively for Oversease Pakistanies which was very attractive for the oversease community and they responded quite overwhelmingly.
This time its open to all and multiple entries are also allowed per person which shows the greedy nature of DHA ,as its eying the huge amount of submission fee from as much people as possible.
Agreed, yesterdaay some someone told me that around 50k applications received till date.
However still worth trying as adjusent to DHA orchards sector C, where plots prices are between 3.5-4 crore. so asking 2.5 crore in 3 years is not bad.
For sure there will be a quota for overseas as they are considered favourite by any developers for ontime payments and mostly are end buyer making area developed fast.
