I am interested in buying a 1k affidavit file in dha peshawar . I contacted different dealers as per the official website . There is a variation of 2-3 lacs among the quoted price given by different dealers. Once i asked the ones asking for a higher price they say that the particular file will be in regi lalma and not in shahi bala which is on the back and under litigation . Is this a valid logic ? Does dha issue allocation file with the area mentioned on it or this will be determined once ballot has taken place .
