I would like to reuest some information and as well as advice about buying a property in dha / bahria (commercial file preferably) or residential plot.
My preferences is commercial either in dha / bahria (good location and cheap current price).
2nd request is any installment scheme with down payment of about 40-50 lacs.
Even down could be more than mentioned above but in long term payment method, but building the area should be soon in within 2 years.
