Although i am not senior but i will reply according to my knowledge.dha multan is best right now.dha karach rates are verrry high.not recommended at all.

DHA Multan looks a better option… If you get lucky in draw of DHAC Karachi, that will not be a bad option to continue with your installments plot in DHAC Karachi for good return in 2 to 3 years timeframe.
