But @ Saqib when u buy file that time nothing is written on file, all this allocation letter and phase One mentioning on file ia after paying membership fees??
NO Sir it is written one no.on allocation letter.This same no.ll b on bank receipt of money paid against membership.
Thank u Saqib shb for the reply, so what i understand is that if i buy a affidavit file and thn pay 50000 membership, thn allocation letter will be issued, in which it is mentioned phase 1 etc etc. Am i correct Mr Saqib?

Respected members. What will be the effects of DHA Bahawalpur Launching on DHA Multan files rates.
@Muhammad. DHA Bahawalpur would bring DHA Multan further down. Although DHA Bahawalpur has offered the investment in Installments to minimize it effect on Multan.
DHA Bahwalpur could be a hot cake for the real buyers/End Users Only (Living in this part of Southern Punjab). And this will be smaller project as compare to Multan. And, undoubtedly, DHA Multan would be the winning horse for bother Investors and Real Buyers in the long run
Multan is consists of 8 mousas and Bahawalpur only 2 mouzaz.Far from city.

Sir location of DHA Multab is far better than any other DHA project. Gujranwala’s DHA Is quite outside Gujranwala city on GT Road. Bahawalpur DHA location is not excellent either. In Multan it is on Bosan Road behind BZU and also touches Mattital Road. Location is the equivalent of G-13 Islamabad.

At what stage exactly evelopment charges will b required to be paid. If dha is launched in last quarter this year, then do we have to pay development charges soon after this launching??
And we all know that development charges are 17.5 Lac payable in 3 year installments
First installment plots ll b launched.Then balloting ll b done.After balloting within 3 months we ve to pay development charges.These charges ll b also on installment of 3 years.

is possible that i purchase file and do not pay development charges when asked? what would happen other than surcharge. The idea is to purchase file now and pay charges at selling time.. Please advise.
@Mudassar Sarwar. Probably nothing else will happen. DHA Lahore hasn’t cancelled anyone’s plot due to non payment of development charges. I doubt DHA Multan will be any different.

FAQ : When DHA is going to be launched and how the plot files can be purchased?
Launch DHA Multan / Investment :
DHA Multan at present is in process of land acquisition. The plot files are awarded to land Owners / Investors against the acquired land. These files are available in market and can be purchased through them.
DHA Multan is simultaneously undertaking Town Planning and INSHALLAH, will shortly invite the applications from general public.
I see the following lines on DHA Multan FAQ section:
When the Balloting will be done?
DHA will invite application for allotment of plots in tentatively first half of 2015.
First half is already gone .... So they might be having difficulty in land acquisition
