DHA MULTAN Updates

Mr khan there is no definite date announced yet but a rational expectation is it will be launched within this year, gujranwala Dha location and management performance has not been very ideal until now that's why people are not taking interest in it.

But the situation can change too if better management comes in, it's not a bad option coz in these cities dha projects r first of their kind. Let's just say this is not the time for gujranwala but it's time will come too inshaAllah.

Thank you Mr MBS for sharing your knowledge with us. In Sha Allah it will be a Hit project. I too think so that this is the right to invest in DHA multan before it goes out of hand.

Dha Multan is far ahead by the other cities Dha.I mean from Gujranwala and Bahawalpur due to its location.The socities arround Dha Multan have rate between 5-8 lac per Marla and currently all new deveopments of Multan are going arround it.

Mr MBS, any idea abt the file rate for the day, i checked different sources and min quoted was 28 plus??

Yes current rate is on 28 but can b increase after Eid.

Yes I agree with MBS. This is probably the best time to invest in DHA Multan. I expect the prices to start moving up after Eid and probably they will not come to this lever afterwards.

I am not an expert, but i have this feeling too that this is the time, if anyone interested in Dha Mulatn.

Actually in Multan schemes those are launched in the past like Wanda town 1,Wapda down 2, Wapda town extension,model town,Fatima Jinnah town,Buch villa.There rates are between 4-8 lac but except Wapda town 1 no one is populated.Even then the rate is high and is growing.It means that Multan people are like investment in new schemes and every good scheme is getting good response.

And people understands that Dha Multan is mother of all of these schemes.As people ll start seeing anything physically on the ground they ll go to it and in my view this scheme ll grow a lot in future.

The "difference" between DHA Bahawalpur and DHA Multan is the possession of land. The authority is able to announce the launch of Bahawalpur because it has sufficient land to start development but this is not the case in Multan. There are massive issues pertaining to acquisition of appropriate land mass for the scheme in Multan. Hense we can see despite the files sales purchase DHA MULTAN has not officially launched for general Public.

My two cents would be wait for official Public Launch and be safe than trade in land files and put investment in limbo.

Actually in Multan Dha want to make huge society.They want to acquire 9000 acr totally.

But initially first they ll launch their 1st phase.For first phase they need only 2500 acr.Which they ve already purchased.But it is sure due to best location of city they ll launch 1st phase between 50-55 lac.They are delaying only 1st phase becoz as they launch 1st phase the price of the land around it ll increase sharply.Thats why they want to acquire as mush land they can acquire before launching the project.

But good news is that they ve acquired a lot of land and in October onward they ll launch installment plots for 1st phase.

Mr Saqib, as u said they will launch installment plots, so what about the guys who have files?

Installments plots ll b limited.But rate ll b very high.They ll consist of1 kanal,10 mala and 5 Marla plots

Those people who purchased files now ll b in great profit coz at that time file rate ll increase from 5-10 lac and secondly in December all the files ll b balloted.

@Saqib. Will all files be included in ballot and allotted plot numbers for phase I? If not then how can one check if his file is included in phase I? Thanks.

All allocation files have numbers.It is written on allocation letter.In all allocation letter phase one is also written.Allocation letter can get by paying membership fee 50000.
