Nfc ph 2 have some class this is why dealers there do not need to spread fake news that bahria is taking over and lrr is there so hurry up as it happening in state life phase 2 case rumors spread by dealers that dha taking state life phase 2 .even dha take it how they will fill 14 feet avg deep pits in land there in state life phase 2 ???

Actually I m not comparing any city with the other city.

Only I m giving my opinion on this project of Dha Multan.

Actually the most important thing in this project is its location.

This is the best location which was chosen by the Dha.

This is educational hub of Multan and this area is fully populated.

The schemes around it are Wanda town,Buch Villa and Model town

Which are already developed and rate of land there is between 5-8 lac per Marla.

This ll b the first phase of Dha here.And Dha want to make a example phase.

Because it is their plan to make more phases here.

On the basis of theses facts I think one should get benefit of that time.

Because Dha is eager to make it the best scheme in Multan and the rate

Of other good schemes already I ve told u.

I lived near that place for 5 years i know the gardezi family who sold most of land .

If u are living there Sir then definitely u ll second my suggestions coz u know the ground reality.

Yes Sir Gerdazi family also sold their land which was in mousa Git Braber.U r right.

Yes future is there but yet area consider outside Multan city center but 100 percent better than dha gujranwala . No doubt dha multan will be great but we were talking about right time to enter never ? dha multan project

Buch villa is average housing project , others you mentioned below average . Wapda town is only successful proper society there and even it no match with posh societies of lahore or with wapda town lahore in development standards but prices wise equally high if not more , not sure dha will increase prices even more than wapda mul or make it fall but very good sign that multan property is very costly now a days but same time looking for correction phase else slump is coming, no more pm from there in future , army generals change , people not used to of societies, many factors investor have to see

Development is going on in DHA Multan.. It would be best investment for next 5 years in sha Allah

What is the current land acquisition status for DHA Multan … Its seems like its stuck around 80% for phase 1 for quite a long time.

SOME UPDATE OF THE PROJECT:

90% of land is acquired for phase 1.

Installment plots ll b launched in October.

Balloting ll b held in December.

1000s of DHA Villas will be built on site during the development work of DHA multan Phase 1. DHA Multan phase 1 will be 2500 acres. Three firm likely to get contracts to start work on those projects.

MOU - Signing with Habib Rafique Ltd for Golf Community Construction

Habib Rafique Ltd is likly to be awarded golf course development contract and is very highly likely to get the entire project development contract too.

A MOU was concluded between DHA Lahore-Multan Chapter and Mandviwalla Entertainment (Pvt) Ltd for the development of an Entertainment Zone at DHA Multan.

DHA Multan has hired ProMag

Thanks faisal for the details .... From where you got land acquisition status i.e 90%. Is it directly from DHA or from the dealers?

@Ssa. 23 lakhs? Are you sure about it? I know CMY in one of his recent posts on LRE website has mentioned that because new files will keep coming in the market till ballot, rates might drop. But even then this seems quite steep.

Before ppl use to say alot bad abt Prism and now look at Prism… Now ppl are after Multan DHA… I m sure this investment will make alot rich !! :slight_smile:

@Ssa. The price I have quoted is taken from the LRE website. Usually it is within plus minus 50k of the market price. You seem to be particularly antagonistic towards this project.

And lre shares hadees ?? they are bunch of dealers .
