Any ideas when the maps are expected for DHA multan? Potential for Balloting for the installment files? and Balloting for plots itself?
I heard that DHA Multan balloting has great potential for short term gain i.e. 6-12 months. I intend to submit a lot of applications for (5 & 8 Marla residential and 4 Marla commercial), pay 10% downpayment for successful applications and then sell the files with one or two installments paid.
If you had to do this, what would be your strategy? Also, does it even make sense at all?

Can i apply in two categories. Which category is better? overseas or retired armed forces?
And if my name comes in both. Can i sale one of my installment file immediately ?
Through some sources i have learnt that they have not acquired the required land against the files that are going to be sold or issued.Although i highly doubt this info but can any senior member put some light on this dimension especially mbs?

Phase 1 land already aquired. Phase 1 ext (phase 2 may be) land aqusition going on. For reference follow express news multan edition city page . Lot of land buying activity going on these days. They publish add for it in news papers. Right now ext. File is at 42. Once dha will flood market with more files ext. File rate may come around 38.

Development work to start in 2 months
Construction of a banquet hall to start in 2 months
Development charges for both Cash and ballot files will start after 3 years.

It is not a funny question at all. Well, nobody can accurately predict the rate 6 months from now, but my guess would be around 55 in september 17.
Seniors may be in a better position to comment on this forecast.
