Yes there are no rules against multiple ids doesn’t mean that you start misguiding every other person through your ids…There is a thing known as morality which you definitely lack…Your argument is analogous to a profiteer who claims that there is no binding on profit limit by any laws and means and every person in response say that have some shame…So same goes for you…If you did not possess multiple ids to create a propaganda and support your malafide agenda, then why didn’t you declare those ids on the very first day to every member?
And one more thing, when i initially accused you of having multiple ids, you refuted those claims of mine multiple times saying that i am misquoting and lying about you…Now when wadda saeeyin has exposed you in entirety with irrefutable proofs, you have started saying that there is nothing bad in having multiple ids and it is not against rules. Okay if you were that clear and honest in your advises and stance, then why didn’t you except this on the very fist day when i accused you earlier…You say that there is nothing bad in having multiple ids, go and see you comments how you created a propaganda and then try to learn something from your fraudulent deeds…Btw no body needs multiple ids unless he has to foster any malafide and malevolent agenda.
Very simple, jab banda sharam wa haya chor de, to jo marzi ker le. Yeh fraudiya for so many years logon ko bewakoof bnata raha with multiple fake IDs. Now when exposed badly with his pants down by Wadda Saaein, he is teaching us forum rules. Ethically and moraly he is a dead man. Just visit his created threads, how he supported his stance through multiple fake IDs. He was using his fake multiple IDs to drag people into those schemes for his own vested interests, may be commission or something else, Allah knows better.
Rather being appologitic, you should confront him that YES HE HAS DONE WRONG AND FRAUD. I think being a senior member of this forum, it is your responsibility to condemn this fraudlent act.

I salute the gurus on this forum, along with the great Wadda Saeen, who have taken a united stand against this fraud. Zameen admin is least concerned about eradicating this pest because for them their commercial interests seem to precede everything. Just consider the fact that even after his own admission, they have not even blocked his clearly known IDs even though they keep blocking my account!! As a result he continues to bark around and whenever you guys start taking his pants off, he starts posting diversionary questions and messages to divert that discussion using one of his several fake IDs.
The only way this forum is going to be cleansed and become a proper discussion platform is when members will step up and take ownership themselves. Let it be known that no such frauds will be allowed here anymore. You hear that Salman Mahmood??

Yes this DHA Multan is amazing , its initial ups followed by dips and then rising and now a sharp arrows ,what a fascinating phenomenon.
I am unable to comprehend this DHA gigantic push in present days/months/few years, its absolutely crushing all others on the way , it proves its values every where and just like printing machine for minting money.
BUT......is it a sustainable phenomenon??hope it proves so, but times changes and weather alters the cultivating lands, as crops can grow on dry lands as well, provided water is enough for life.

Lot will depend on new fbr tax rules and market valuation of dha multan. We can see major Lul in Lahore market which will surely hit Multan as major investors in dha multan are from Lahore. I think wait and see should be observed for few weeks.

Question is how will that impact lump sum allocation files?
I think there will be some impact due to diversion of investor interest/funds for day-to-day trading in instalment files. However, the impact will be small because as I said earlier instalment files will not get the same type of treatment especially on location. No matter what DHA says, there will be a substantial difference in location of lump sum paid files and instalment files. I know that from (serving) people inside DHA.

DHA has been desperately trying to manipulate the market by pushing the rates to an abnormal level and by posting unrealistic rates on the web. Now thay have removed the daily rate idk to conceal from FBR or to let the things lose.
Rates have touched the maximum possible point keeping demand & supply in view. Further delay in Prices would bring the prices down because there are hardly any buyers in the market at current prices. On the other hand DHA Multan is in collaboration with Bahawalpur to make ia success which too is bound to bounce back as soon as sattay baz investors take their investment out.
DHA multan shouldn't delay the lanuch further
More than launch, what is important is to acquire maximum land and speed up development works. Nothing boosts prices more than progress on ground. I spoke to Brig Hammad one year back and according to him work will pick up pace this year inshaAllah.
