Everybody knows that in development there is no comparison between wapda and dha.Dha is far Superior. Wapda 3 thay ve land issue from long time but now they acquired the land in two parts.One is near qadir pur Rawan and other in on mattidul but on far location.

In their files nobody knows in which part he ll get the plot.

The location of Dha Multan is far superior,on one side of it is bosan road and on the back is muttidal.One gate of it is coming in front of Buch villas.

I second Mr.Paki that the price ll b doule for dha Multan in next two years and I m pity sure that the price ll b increased in at least 4 folds in coming 5 years.

Yesterday I was sitting in their office,one Major sb told me that they already acquired 95% of land and they are going to offer installment plots in next 3-4 months and everything is set for balloting in coming December 2015.

Yes Saqib is 100% right.

Situation will get much clear in the next 6 months as balloting is expected by the end of 2015. My assessment is that the price will be in the range of 45-50 lacs after 2 year.

In the long term (7-10 years) DHA will be at par or above wapda town.

Sir even DHA file will cross plot in Wapda Town. Just write my words. And I will remind you of my post here.

DHA Multan is 100% safe very high returning project. But will need time 3 to 5 years. Will inshallah be 100 lacs plus plots in 3 to 5 years. Yes people will scare you that you will have to go to Multan twice. My friend you go to DHA Lahore twice too. This is just another scare tactic to keep your investment coming into DHA Lahore Prism or DHA 7 and Ivy Green. If you cant spare few extra hours for going to Multan to collect your allocation dont buy it. I believe DHA Multan is going to be slow gainer till they announce ballot as new files keep flooding the market. Once DHA Multan ballot is announced for 2500 acres already taken over available land prices in DHA Multan phase 1 will gain very strongly. 25% of my clients in DHA Lahore are originally from Multan or southern Punjab. This talk of not having enough buying power there is nothing but ..... DHA Multan 1st phase ballot was to be held in 1st hald of 2015. I am not sure when it will be be held. It could be two months or it could be 2 years. DHA waley badshah log hien jab dill karey ga kar dien gey. Not in my control to say when they do it. All I know is this is going to be poster child for DHA Multan future projects so they have to act swift and do best possible and fast development and i believe they will. If you can hold DHA Multan file for 3 years or can spare just few hours time in your busy life to go to Multan dont bother buying in DHA Multan.
