Moza dont make any difference in any of DHA ballots. DHA cant never do a ballot if it have to consider mozas. Moza trick is used by dishonest dealers to make extra money in addition to their commissions.
Based on lots of things like challan forms affidavit files sale deed numbers etc I am guessing DHA Multan having over 28000 kanal land is now in possession of DHA Multan as of today. DHA never officially release these things. 3100+ people actually paid membership fee after transfers of their files after purchase to date. No allocation to allocation transfer seen in years so all memberships are for new files only and not from transfers. Since each kanal file is issued against min 4 kanal land to it proves 13000 kanal land was already transferred to Dz months ago to DHA Multan. You must also keep in mind many people may have given 1000s more kanal land til today to DHA but have not applied for affidavit/allocations yet because they have no need sell it yet. 1000s of buyers have transferred files on affidavits and have not yet paid their membership fees. So count those files land too. About 50 to 75 new files are issued each week as seen from DHA Multan challan forms. That is actually as very large number for transfers held in DHA Multan even more than Lahore phase 9 Prism before ballot. It indicates there is enough buyer seller in DHA Multan market and will attract good response in future installments plots in addition to land files.

I appreciate your open mindedness and commitment to property world. LRE website was the only forum providing useful rates and information to on-line audience which is very commendable. You enjoy a lot of trust of overseas people who does have money but no time to go themselves to investigate things themselves.
I strongly agree with your number of 13000 Kanals of land in name of DHA Multan from calculation of file numbers which makes 65% land of the first phase.
First phase demarcation is not outlined by DHA yet. Although Promag is engaged for urban planning and I see some pictures on their site.
But your second point I disagree respectfully because no one surrenders his land without paperwork or it may be where i worked and lived could not find such nicer people. But what i know of farmer community can wage wars for petty things for years how they can be so gracious to surrendering land without getting any affidavit letter etc.
Also please shed some light on pockets which you have not addressed in your post. Always there are people who want to take advantage of the situation, how come there is no dissent and there are no pockets of disgruntled farmers not willing to surrender land on the prevailing rate.
Please note: Not in any of my post i said DHA Multan is a bad project, of course is a project worth investing with considered pros and cons.

Ok I will try to explain in an easy way.
Just like people dont receive their allocations letters or pay their membership fees to for years after transfers 1000s land owners after completing all needed legal work newspaper notices of lad sales to DHA and like registry etc dont even collect their affidavits until they have some NEED for money to sell a file. In reality they can have DHA issue them an affidavit any given day on very short hours notice once a deal to sell file is locked with some buyers. Land owner have choice to have its affidavit issued in favor of buyer or he can wait for days weeks months or years if land owner have no need to transfer his part of allocated files against his gifted land to DHA Multan.
Every project could have villages pockets and people Multan will have its share too. Any saying it wont is telling lies. Only difference in Multan is than most of DHA Multan land is very big chunks in many cases beautiful mango gardens that are owned mostly by very very richest Gardezi family members. This made it possible to have very little trouble for pockets and easy village clearance. Mater of fact DHA Gujranwala and DHA Bahawalpur are nightmares for DHA land branches because in there most land owners own 2 4 10 kanals each. In DHA Multan Gardezi family handing owner lands in 100s of kanal each so things moved at mach faster pace.
A note for all DHA Gujranwala Multan and Bahawalpur property owners. For me each DHA is equally important and people who know me for 13 years know I went to great lengths and faced huge troubles to help protect mostly people who wanted or holding installments plots. Above small not about Gujranwala is share not to degrade your holding but to explain Zahid sahib the real reasons why less pockets and villages will need clearance in DHA Multan. I make equal money from commissions in DHA Bahwalpur Gujranwala or Multan ad each holder or buyers is possibly my client.

In early days of Zameen Lahore Real Estate worked very closely with Zameen to make Zameen better. Wr were most active dealers on Zameen in early days. I love Zameen and very happy to see it so successful. Better website than most largest USA property portals. But after early days working closely with Zameen. Com I got too busy in dealing properties. Now I am in USA and have some time spend here and there. Even now too busy so when ever possible will try my best to answer assist best to my limited knowledge of property.

General public and dealers community is not yet aware enough about DHA Multan existence or not comfortable going to Multan for transfers etc. Before each ballot all backlog of files is bieng cleared to include each file in DHA Multan ballot. Many people don't have need to sell but once files are issued its natural many family member of land files owners want to go from motorcycle to double cabins after selling 2 3 files:). Since its hard to match available buyers with such large number of newly issued files price falling slowly. Wait till ballot announcement and you will InshaAllah see very sharp rise once your file is a plot.

In letter image DHA Multan is asking you to submit membership forms pictures and do Bio-matrix but my guess is DHA Multan dot want to give you loan of Rs 50000 free of interest free in form of delayed membership fee:). Its time to cough up that money you have not paid to DHA Multan yet :). My guess is if you pay membership challan you will be in ballot. But to be safe double check DHA Multan vby calling their help line.

I spent many years in multan i observed the sufi city does not in favor of lush push , almost 90 percent of societies from years still dull and dusty , similar expectations from dha ultan for time being people like cmy and mbs can make people to invest but i can give them benefit of doubt of new activity news only not history , that multan that area nothing to offer for living till 2 decades . Army is not dha and dha lhr karachi quite different from ismbd , but even u follow all those cities who buy even the first balloted gets nothing there till years . 14-12-15 marks my word , yes few chicky news and things will make market high as end buyer i see it even after 2025 gard , garma , garmi , gadhay there .
