Hi, i have just got two 5 marla residential plots in dha multan balloting held last month. Now i’m in a conundrum as to whether sell these now, pay downpayment and sell afterwards or just pay all the installments and own it? What are the long term and short term profit / loss margins in all above options? What do you guys suggest? Please suggest your opinions and advices. Thanks.
The own / profit you are having now are the maximum in short term as I see.... I don't see any significant increase in short term in the same... But rather, it may decrease a bit while looking at the record of DHA Peshawar and DHA Bahawalpur installments files....
If you want to keep it for 3 to 5 years, keep it otherwise, sell it. Good investment for long term if you can keep it.

But what about the location of DHA Multan? As it is located on Bosan Road, therefore isnt there a bright chance of rates increasing in the future? What is your opinion regarding this?!
