Dha multan - any incentive in buying before balloting

Dear gurus,

Is there any benefit in buying a DHA Multan plots before the balloting? Do you think that the rates will increase 5-10% straight after the balloting?

Dear Amman there is no guarantee rate will increase at this rate . It depends on plot location after the balloting. If you would like a safe and long term investment buy a plot rather than file. Good luck.
