Is dha multan affidavit (1kanal)for rs.48.5 lac a good investment .If yes, is it long, mid or short term as regards return on investment?
It is good investment with a likely ROI of approx. 15-20% per annum. I assess it as mid to long term investment (3-4 years). BTW, you wont be able to find 48.5 price now, the currently price is 50-51 lacs now. If somebody is willing to sell it at 49, go for it.
