I want to know an average asking price of a 1 Kanal plot in DHA Phase 5 Block L.
I am living in Oman and want to buy 1 Kanal plot.
I would like invest some money to buy a plot and later when the market will move up sell it again, I am not a dealer or an agent.
You may suggest alternate phases of Lahore DHA. For investment purposes.

Did you mention block L or Block-I of phase-5, It generally ranges between 15 Million to 23 Million … You can get an idea of Phase-5 residential plots Zameen Property ads… Precise rates prevailing rates can be confirmed with dealers on Ground.
If you need to make it a short term investmen gain..why not investing in DHA phase-9 files..any specific reason for that ?
If you intended to go on for an onground, balloted thing... Then phase-8 DHA has more margin than phase-5 now... As its possession is due and its location is very promising one.
I mean Phase-5 is a developed sector... Growth pattern there now is more steady and gradual
Phase 5 already got peak nothing much juice in it now for investment. Go for phase 7 and get 10 marla two plots rather getting one plot of 1 kanal lately you can sell any1 if you need to sell or both....20% to 25% growth expected rest God Knows Better...

1 kanal is the most trading unit in DHA so far... Also 10 marlas in DHA are kind of cornered (sidelined, side, planned property)except phase-8 Y block....
For a mid term 3-4 year investment... I would weigh phase-8 too much than phase-7....
Phase-5 is not recommended for investment, surely Phase-7 & 8 are good option for investment purpose for 3-4 years.
Phase-5 is generally considered now to be recommended only for builders... Build the bungalow for business point of view and sale out.
Not meant for plot buying and selling later....
