In 10 million budget, which phase can we buy a plot for immediate construction?

You can buy a 10 marla plot in phase 6 for around Rs. 9-9.5 million.

If you can delay your constructiom for one year then you can buy one kanal plot in Phase-7 (Blocks Z1, S, R, W, P) which are ready for possession. As soon as possession is given; the prices in Phase-7 will increase substantially. I hope you would understand the difference between 10-Marla house and one kanal house in DHA.

I have visited the site 2-months ago. Development on ground is almost completed. W & R blocks prices are little higher (105-110 Lacs) because they are best located, adjacent to Golf ground and very close to Phase-6 where many houses are already constructed. Z1, S, and P are also good blocks where price range is around 100 Lacs. You should visit it personally, spend one day over there, meet with couple of dealers and then choose the plot of your choice after good bargain. Market is slow these days so you can squeeze the price in your favor.

Investment in property especially DHA is not based on Today's situation, always think about its prospectus after 4-5 years. Property dealers feel that possession in these blocks can be given in 6-months but on safer side I mentioned One Year time. I suggest you should keep One Year time frame, if you get early that would be good. One plus point would be Plot prices an increase at least 2-million the day possession is announced.

This is my humble suggestion, Rest Allah Almighty knows the best.
